Client can't access their portal

Fix portal access problems for your clients.

Client portal not working?

If a client can't access their portal, try these steps:

Is it the right link?

  • Get a fresh link from the client's profile
  • Send it again
  • Has it changed?

  • If you regenerated the link, old ones don't work
  • Send the current link
  • Client-side issues

    Ask them to:

  • Try a different browser
  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Check they're clicking (not copying incorrectly)
  • Try on a different device
  • If they received the link as text:

  • Make sure the full URL was copied
  • Try pasting into browser address bar
  • Check nothing was cut off

  • Error messages

    "Link not found"

  • Link may be old/regenerated
  • Send a fresh link
  • "Something went wrong"

  • Temporary issue
  • Try again in a few minutes
  • Contact support if persists

  • Testing yourself

    Click the client's portal link yourself to verify it works before sending again.
