Client portal not working?
If a client can't access their portal, try these steps:
Check the link
Is it the right link?
- Get a fresh link from the client's profile
- Send it again
Has it changed?
- If you regenerated the link, old ones don't work
- Send the current link
Client-side issues
Ask them to:
- Try a different browser
- Clear cache and cookies
- Check they're clicking (not copying incorrectly)
- Try on a different device
Link not clickable?
If they received the link as text:
- Make sure the full URL was copied
- Try pasting into browser address bar
- Check nothing was cut off
Error messages
"Link not found"
- Link may be old/regenerated
- Send a fresh link
"Something went wrong"
- Temporary issue
- Try again in a few minutes
- Contact support if persists
Testing yourself
Click the client's portal link yourself to verify it works before sending again.
