"Client limit reached" error
Options when you've reached 5 clients on the Free plan.

Client limit reached
On the Free plan, you can have up to 5 active clients. If you see this error, here are your options:
Option 1: Archive a client
If you're no longer working with someone:
- Go to Clients
- Find the client to remove
- Click the menu (⋮)
- Select Archive
This frees up a slot for a new client.
Option 2: Upgrade to Pro
For unlimited clients:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade to Pro
- Add unlimited clients immediately

Which clients count?
Only active clients count toward your limit. Archived clients don't count.
What is the limit?
Free plan: 5 active clients Pro plan: Unlimited clients
Almost at the limit?
You'll see a warning when you have 4 clients. Plan ahead before you need to add more.
