Service Description

These Terms of Service govern your use of RemindToPay, a service provided by Aura Digital Labs Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom (Company No. SC880637).

RemindToPay is a payment reminder platform for small businesses with recurring clients. We help tutors, trainers, cleaners, and other small businesses send professional payment reminders to their clients via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate client information (names, email addresses, payment amounts)

Ensure you have appropriate consent to contact your clients

Maintain the security of your account credentials

Use the service only for legitimate business purposes

Do not use the service to send spam or harass recipients

Client Contact Consent

By using RemindToPay to contact your clients:

You confirm you have the right to contact the clients you add

You are responsible for complying with anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction

Clients can opt out of reminders at any time

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. You should not rely solely on RemindToPay for critical payment collection.

Data and Privacy

Your data and your clients' data belong to you. We process it only as necessary to provide our service. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle client data.

Data Processing (GDPR)

When you use RemindToPay to manage client data, you remain the Data Controller. We act as a Data Processor on your behalf.

You control the data: You decide what client data to store and how reminders are sent

We process on your behalf: We only use client data to send reminders and provide the service you configure

Sub-processors: We use Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). All are GDPR compliant.

Data location: Client data is stored in secure data centres within the UK/EU

Data deletion: When you delete your account, all client data is permanently removed after a 14-day grace period

Limitation of Liability

RemindToPay is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed reminders, failed payments, or any consequences of service interruptions. We do not process payments - we only send reminders.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RemindToPay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
