Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. You'll need to enter a payment method when starting your trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost.
What happens if I reach my client limit?
Free plan is limited to 5 clients. If you need more, upgrade to Pro for unlimited clients. Your existing clients and their reminders will continue to work normally.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade to Pro at any time. If you downgrade to Free, you'll keep your current features until the end of your billing period.
What are processing fees?
Processing fees are charged when your clients pay by card via Stripe. With Nudgy Pro, you get reduced card fees of 2.5% + 20p per transaction instead of 3% + 20p on the Free plan. Bank transfers have £0 processing fees — clients pay you directly and you mark payments as received.
How much can I save with Pro?
On a £100.00 payment, Free plan fees are £3.20. Pro plan fees are £2.70. That's £0.50 saved per payment! If you process 20 payments a month, you'd save £10.00/month on fees alone.
Can I pass fees to my clients?
Yes! You can choose to absorb the fees yourself or pass them to your clients. This option is available when setting up each client.
