Let us handle reminders automatically (Pro feature).

Automatic reminder setup

Pro users can set up automatic reminders that send without manual effort.

How to enable

  1. Go to SettingsReminders
  2. Toggle Automatic Reminders on
  3. Configure your preferences:
    • Which reminder stages to use
    • Timing preferences
    • Default message templates

What gets automated

When enabled, we automatically:

  • Send pre-due date reminders
  • Send due date reminders
  • Follow up on overdue payments
  • Stop when payment is received

Customising automation

Choose which stages to send:

  • Pre-reminder (before due)
  • Due date reminder
  • Follow-up sequence

You can enable all or just some stages.


Override for specific clients

Even with automation on, you can:

  • Pause reminders for a client
  • Send manual reminders
  • Adjust individual settings

Free plan users

Automatic reminder sequences are a Pro feature. Free users can send manual reminders anytime.
