Adding a new client

Add clients quickly with just a name and email.

How to add a client

  • Click Clients in the sidebar
  • Click the Add Client button
  • Fill in their details
  • Click Save

Required information

  • Name - Your client's full name
  • Email - Where they'll receive reminders

Optional information

  • Phone number - For your records
  • Service type - What you're providing (tutoring, PT sessions, etc.)
  • Amount due - Current balance
  • Notes - Any additional information

Adding multiple clients

You can add clients one at a time. There's no bulk import feature yet, but adding each client only takes a few seconds.


Client limit

  • Free plan: Up to 5 active clients
  • Pro plan: Unlimited clients

If you reach your limit, you'll need to archive old clients or upgrade to Pro.
