Viewing reminder history

Track every reminder in your client's profile.

Finding reminder history

Every reminder sent is logged so you can see what's been communicated.

Viewing for a specific client

  1. Go to Clients
  2. Click on the client's name
  3. Scroll to "Reminder History"

You'll see:

  • Date and time sent
  • Type of reminder
  • Delivery status

Understanding status

  • Sent - Reminder was sent successfully
  • Delivered - Email reached the client's inbox
  • Opened - Client opened the email
  • Bounced - Email couldn't be delivered

Why track reminder history?

  • Know exactly what clients have received
  • Avoid sending duplicate reminders
  • Troubleshoot if a client says they didn't get it
  • Keep records for your reference

Viewing all recent reminders

For a quick overview of all reminders sent:

  1. Check your Dashboard "Recent Activity" section
  2. Or go to Reminders in the sidebar
