Setting up session schedules

Session schedules

If you see clients regularly, you can record their session schedule to help with planning and reminders.

Adding a schedule

  • Open the client's profile
  • Click Edit
  • Find the "Session Schedule" section
  • Enter:

  • - Day(s) of the week
    - Time
    - Duration
    - Frequency (weekly, fortnightly, etc.)
  • Save

What schedules are used for

Session schedules help you:

  • Remember when you see each client
  • Plan your week
  • Time reminders appropriately
  • Note: This is for your reference. It doesn't automatically create calendar events or bookings.


    Changing schedules

    Update schedules anytime by editing the client profile. Changes take effect immediately.


    Clients without regular schedules

    If you see clients on an ad-hoc basis, you can leave the schedule blank. The feature is completely optional.
