Session schedules
If you see clients regularly, you can record their session schedule to help with planning and reminders.
Adding a schedule
- Open the client's profile
- Click Edit
- Find the "Session Schedule" section
- Enter:
- Save
- Day(s) of the week
- Time
- Duration
- Frequency (weekly, fortnightly, etc.)

Session schedules help you:
Note: This is for your reference. It doesn't automatically create calendar events or bookings.
Changing schedules
Update schedules anytime by editing the client profile. Changes take effect immediately.
Clients without regular schedules
If you see clients on an ad-hoc basis, you can leave the schedule blank. The feature is completely optional.
