Delivery statuses explained

When you send a reminder, we track its journey to your client.

Sent ✓

The reminder has left our system and is on its way.

Delivered ✓✓

The reminder reached the client's email server. This is a good sign—it means the email wasn't rejected.

Opened ✓✓✓

The client opened the email. Note: this isn't always tracked if clients have images blocked.

Bounced ✗

The email couldn't be delivered. Common reasons:

  • Email address doesn't exist
  • Inbox is full
  • Email server rejected it
  • Failed ✗

Our system couldn't send the email. This is rare and usually temporary.

What to do if delivery fails

    • Check the email address is correct
    • Ask the client for an alternative email
    • Contact them another way (phone, text)

    Delivery tracking privacy

We track delivery to help you know your reminders are getting through. We don't track what clients do after opening the email.
