Cancelling your subscription

Cancel anytime with no penalties.

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.

How to cancel

  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Tell us why (optional)
  • Confirm cancellation

What happens after cancelling

  • You keep Pro until the end of your billing period
  • After that, you switch to Free
  • Your data is kept
  • Client limit (5) applies on Free

If you have more than 5 clients

After switching to Free:

  • Existing clients remain visible
  • You can't add new clients until under 5
  • Archive clients to get under the limit

    • Can I resubscribe?

    Absolutely. Upgrade again anytime in Settings → Subscription.

    Refunds

    We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you keep Pro access until your paid period ends.
