Email reminders not sending

Troubleshoot reminder delivery problems.

Reminders not sending?

If your reminders aren't being delivered, here's what to check:

1. Check email address

Is the client's email correct?

  • Look for typos
  • Verify with the client
  • 2. Check reminder status

    Go to the client's profile and check:

  • Was the reminder marked as sent?
  • What's the delivery status?
  • Any error messages?
  • 3. Check spam folders

    Ask your client to check:

  • Spam/junk folder
  • Promotions tab (Gmail)
  • Blocked senders list
  • 4. Bounced emails

    If status shows "bounced":

  • Email address may not exist
  • Inbox may be full
  • Get a new email from client

  • Automatic reminders not working?

    Check Settings → Reminders:

  • Is automation turned on?
  • Is it a Pro feature you don't have?
  • Is the client set to receive reminders?

  • Still having issues?

    Contact support with:

  • Client name
  • When reminder was sent
  • Any error messages
  • We'll investigate and help fix it.
