Adding your branding

Your portal automatically uses your business name. You can also add your logo.

Adding a logo

  • Go to Settings → Profile
  • Find "Business Logo"
  • Click Upload
  • Choose an image file
  • Save

Your logo appears on:

  • Client portals
  • Reminder emails
  • Invoices
  • Receipts

  • Logo guidelines

    For best results:

  • Use a square or rectangular image
  • Minimum 200 x 200 pixels
  • PNG or JPG format
  • Clear, high contrast

  • Business name

Your business name shows prominently on the portal. Update it in:
Settings → Profile → Business Name

    Why branding matters

    Branded portals:

  • Look professional
  • Build trust with clients
  • Reduce confusion (clients know it's from you)

  • No logo yet?

That's fine! The portal still looks professional using your business name.
