How to edit a client

  • Go to Clients
  • Click on the client's name to open their profile
  • Click Edit or the pencil icon
  • Make your changes
  • Click Save

What you can edit

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Service type
  • Amount due
  • Session schedule
  • Notes

Changing a client's email

If your client's email changes, update it in their profile. Future reminders will go to the new address.

Note: This doesn't affect any portal links you've already shared. Those will still work.

Updating amounts due

When you need to update what a client owes:

  • Open their profile
  • Click Edit
  • Change the amount
  • Save

The new amount will appear on their next reminder and in their portal.
