How clients make payments
Paying is quick and easy for your clients.

Paying by card
When a client wants to pay by card:
- They visit their portal link
- Click Pay Now or Pay by Card
- Enter their card details
- Click Pay
- They see a confirmation
The payment is processed immediately. You'll be notified and their balance updates.
Paying by bank transfer
If you accept bank transfers:
- Client visits their portal
- They see your bank details:
- They make a transfer through their bank
- You record the payment when it arrives
- Account name
- Sort code
- Account number
- Reference to use
Which is easier for clients?
Card payments are faster—one click and done.
Bank transfers are familiar but require more steps.
Most clients prefer card payments when available.
