Archiving and removing clients

Keep your client list tidy by archiving inactive clients.

Archiving a client

When you're no longer working with a client, you can archive them to keep your list clean.

To archive:

  • Go to Clients
  • Find the client
  • Click the three dots menu (⋮)
  • Select Archive
  • Confirm

What happens when you archive?

  • The client is removed from your active list
  • All reminders stop
  • Their payment history is preserved
  • They don't count toward your client limit

Can I get them back?

If you start working with the client again, you can add them as a new client. Their previous history won't be linked, but you can reference your records.


Deleting vs archiving

Archive: Removes from active list, keeps records
Delete: Not available - we keep records for your protection

We don't offer permanent deletion to ensure you always have payment records if needed.


Bulk archiving

Currently, you need to archive clients one at a time. This ensures you don't accidentally remove active clients.
