Send a reminder whenever you need to, with just one click.

Sending a manual reminder

Sometimes you want to send a reminder right now, rather than waiting for automatic ones.

How to send

  • Go to Clients
  • Find the client
  • Click the Send Reminder button (envelope icon)
  • Preview the message
  • Click Send

The reminder is sent immediately to the client's email.


When to use manual reminders

Manual reminders are useful when:

  • You're not using automatic reminders
  • You want to send an extra reminder outside the normal sequence
  • A client has asked for a reminder
  • You're following up on a conversation

  • Customising the message

    Before sending, you can:

  • Preview what the client will see
  • Edit the message (Pro feature)

  • Tracking sent reminders

    All reminders are logged in the client's profile under "Reminder History". You can see when each was sent and whether it was delivered.
