Activity feed

Your dashboard shows recent activity—a timeline of what's happened.

What you'll see

  • Payments received - When clients pay you
  • Reminders sent - Automatic and manual reminders
  • New clients - Recently added clients
  • Other updates - Important changes

Reading the feed

Each item shows:

  • What happened
  • When it happened
  • Who it involved (which client)

    • Click any item to see more details.

    How far back does it go?

    The dashboard shows the most recent activity. For a complete history, check:

  • Client profiles (for client-specific history)
  • Reports (for business-wide history)

    • Refreshing activity

    Activity updates automatically. You can also refresh the page to see the latest.

    Using activity wisely

    The feed helps you:

  • Stay on top of what's happening
  • Spot payments as they come in
  • Confirm reminders were sent
