Sending invoices

Invoice vs reminder

Invoices are formal documents for records and accounting.

Reminders are friendly nudges to pay.

You can use both—send an invoice for records, then reminders to follow up.

Customising invoices

Your invoice automatically uses:

  • Your business name from Settings
  • Your logo (if uploaded)
  • Your contact details
  • Your VAT number (if set)
