Resending a receipt

Easily resend receipts if clients need another copy.

Resending a receipt

Clients sometimes need another copy of their receipt. Here's how to send one:

  • Go to Clients
  • Click on the client's name
  • Find the payment in their history
  • Click Resend Receipt

The receipt will be sent to their email address on file.


When to resend

  • Client can't find the original
  • Email bounced the first time
  • Client needs it for their records
  • You updated their email address

Sending to a different email

If the client wants the receipt sent somewhere else:

  • Update their email in their profile
  • Then resend the receipt
  • Or simply download the receipt and forward it yourself.


    Downloading receipts

    You can also download a copy:

  • Find the payment
  • Click Download Receipt
  • Save the PDF
