Resending a receipt

Easily resend receipts if clients need another copy.

Resending a receipt

Clients sometimes need another copy of their receipt. Here's how to send one:

  1. Go to Clients
  2. Click on the client's name
  3. Find the payment in their history
  4. Click Resend Receipt

The receipt will be sent to their email address on file.


When to resend

  • Client can't find the original
  • Email bounced the first time
  • Client needs it for their records
  • You updated their email address

Sending to a different email

If the client wants the receipt sent somewhere else:

  1. Update their email in their profile
  2. Then resend the receipt

Or simply download the receipt and forward it yourself.


Downloading receipts

You can also download a copy:

  1. Find the payment
  2. Click Download Receipt
  3. Save the PDF
