Stripe connection problems
Having trouble connecting or using Stripe? Here are common issues and fixes.
Can't complete setup
Check:
- You're using correct personal details
- Bank account details are accurate
- You've completed all required fields
Try:
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Use a different browser
- Complete on desktop instead of mobile
Connection keeps failing
- Sign out of RemindToPay
- Sign out of Stripe
- Clear browser data
- Start fresh
"Verification needed" message
Stripe may need:
- Identity verification
- Additional business information
- Bank statement upload
Check your Stripe email for specific requests.
Already connected but not working?
Payments not processing
- Check Stripe account status
- Verify bank details are current
- Look for alerts in Stripe dashboard
Disconnected unexpectedly
- Reconnect through Settings → Payments
- Sign back into Stripe
