Free plan limit
On the Free plan, you can have up to 5 active clients at any time.
What counts as active?
Active clients are those currently in your client list (not archived).
What doesn't count?
- Archived clients
- Clients who have paid in full and been removed
What happens at the limit?
When you have 5 active clients:
- You'll see a notice when trying to add more
- You'll need to archive a client or upgrade to add new ones
Options when you hit the limit
- Archive clients you're no longer working with
- Upgrade to Pro for unlimited clients at £9.99/month
Upgrading to Pro
Pro gives you:
- Unlimited clients
- Lower processing fees (2.5% + 20p vs 3% + 20p)
