Automatic receipts

Clients get a receipt as soon as they pay (Pro feature).

Automatic receipts

When a client pays, you can automatically send them a receipt.

How it works

  1. Client makes a payment
  2. Receipt is generated instantly
  3. Email is sent to the client
  4. Copy is saved in their profile

What's on the receipt?

  • Your business name
  • Payment amount
  • Date and time
  • Payment method
  • Your contact details
  • Unique receipt number

Enabling auto-receipts

  1. Go to SettingsReceipts
  2. Toggle Auto-send receipts on
  3. Customise the receipt message (optional)

Note: Automatic receipts are a Pro feature.


Manual receipts

Even without auto-receipts, you can always:

  1. Open the client's profile
  2. Find the payment
  3. Click Send Receipt

Customising receipts

Pro users can add a custom thank-you message to receipts.
