Thank clients with a custom receipt message (Pro feature).

Receipt customisation

Pro users can add a custom message to receipts sent to clients.

How to customise

  • Go to Settings → Receipts
  • Find "Custom Message"
  • Enter your text
  • Save

Message ideas

  • "Thank you for your payment!"
  • "Thanks for your continued support."
  • "Looking forward to our next session!"
  • "Payment received with thanks - [Your Name]"

What clients see

Your custom message appears on the receipt below the payment details. Keep it brief and friendly.


Previewing

Use the preview button to see how your message looks on a receipt before saving.


Resetting to default

Click "Reset to Default" to remove your custom message and use the standard receipt format.
