Calendar colours
Items on your calendar are colour-coded to help you quickly understand what you're looking at.
By payment status
- Green - Paid / completed
- Yellow - Pending / upcoming
- Red - Overdue
By event type
- Payment due dates
- Scheduled reminders
- Client sessions
How colours help
At a glance, you can see:
- Which payments are overdue (look for red)
- What's coming up soon (yellow)
- What's sorted (green)
Customising colours
Currently, colours are set automatically based on status. We're considering adding custom colour options in the future.
Accessibility
If you have trouble distinguishing colours, items also show text labels and icons to indicate their status.
