Managing notifications
Control what notifications you receive and how.
How to access
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle each notification type on or off
- Save changes
Available notifications
Payment notifications
- Payment received
- Payment failed
Reminder notifications
- Reminder sent confirmation
- Reminder delivery issues
Account notifications
- Security alerts
- Subscription updates
- Monthly summary
Email vs in-app
Some notifications appear:
- Email - Sent to your inbox
- In-app - Show in the app
- Both - For important items
Essential notifications
Some notifications (like security alerts) can't be disabled—they're essential for account safety.
Too many emails?
If you're getting too many:
- Turn off confirmations you don't need
- Keep essential ones (payments, security)
- Use in-app notifications instead
