Managing notifications

Control what notifications you receive and how.

How to access

  • Go to Settings → Notifications
  • Toggle each notification type on or off
  • Save changes

Available notifications

Payment notifications

  • Payment received
  • Payment failed

    • Reminder notifications

  • Reminder sent confirmation
  • Reminder delivery issues

    • Account notifications

  • Security alerts
  • Subscription updates
  • Monthly summary

    • Email vs in-app

    Some notifications appear:

  • Email - Sent to your inbox
  • In-app - Show in the app
  • Both - For important items

    • Essential notifications

    Some notifications (like security alerts) can't be disabled—they're essential for account safety.

    Too many emails?

    If you're getting too many:

  • Turn off confirmations you don't need
  • Keep essential ones (payments, security)
  • Use in-app notifications instead
